Talipes Equinovarus » Foot Q66.0

Definition:

Malpositions of the foot in equinus (downwards) and varus (inwards) that are not corrected in response to plantar reflex, which is obtained by taking the knee with one hand and and stimulating the sole as if provoking the Babinski reflex, it can also be used its known variants. Failure in this active reducibility makes the diagnosis. In a second stage take the passive reducibility by forcing it manually, to complete its description.
