Toe syndactyly » Toes Q70.3

Definition:

Toe syndactyly: Fused feet digits.
Syndactyly between 2 and 3 toes should have an extension larger than one third (proximal phalanx) to be considered as a malformation.

Notes:

Syndactyly between 2nd and 3rd toes occurs more often in non-Latin Europeans (anglosaxons, germans, etc.), to the point of not being considered as a congenital anomaly among them. It is rare in Latin, Amerindian and Black populations.
